Direct Placement:

Spinnaker will identify, evaluate and present a short list of candidates for a given direct-hire, full-time position. We play an active part in facilitating the interview process with the client and managing expectations on both sides in the areas of salary, total compensation, benefits and career advancement within the organization. Once a candidate is selected for hire, we remain engaged to assist in the on-boarding process as needed. Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s starting salary.

Temporary Placement:

Often times, an organization may need to augment their full-time staff with additional resources or require specialized skill sets for a given project. Temporary staffing provides an incredible amount of flexibility to an organization in which full-time headcount is either unavailable or not required. For these solutions, Spinnaker utilizes the same recruiting process as with direct hire placements, except that the selected candidate becomes an associate of Spinnaker and we handle all of the back-office payrolling, benefits and other aspects of employment. We then bill the company on an hourly basis for the services provided by our consultant. Contract lengths typically range from 3 months to 1 year in length. We also like to leave the door open in the event a company wishes to convert one of our consultants to a full-time employee following the contract period.
